Purchasing Executive/ Assistant (Purchasing - JP Market)
 
Responsibilities:

- Daily communication and coordination with internal and external parties in Japan, Hong Kong and Mainland China
- Follow up the purchasing issue from order inquiry until shipments
- Material Assurance Liability control
- Update section file and prepare regular reports
- Daily documentation jobs regarding PO & CO
Requirements:

- Form 6 (HKDSE) or above
- 2 years relevant working experience
- Good command of both written and spoken in Japanese (Level 2 of JLPT is a must), English and Mandarin
- Knowledge of SAP will be an advantage
- Proficiency in MS Office, must be skillful in Japanese input
- Mature character and energetic
- Could work independently and under pressure

Accounts Clerk (Reporting related / AP)
 
Responsibilities:

- Assist in month-end closing and preparing monthly reports (including following up of PnL & BS schedules)
- Assist in quarterly and annual audits
- Be responsible for preparing journals
- Support Accounts Payable (if necessary) including data entry, prepare daily payments by cheque and remittance via eBanking systems
- ad-hoc assignments
Requirements:

- Diploma holder or above in accounting or related discipline
- LCCI (III) or above with 2 years working experience or above (ACCA / HKICPA 1st Level or HKAAT finalist is an advantage)
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office application is a must
- Knowledge in SAP is an advantage
- Detail-minded, able to finish tasks within a tight schedule and willing to take on extra responsibilities
- Previous experience in Payable Management is an advantage
- Good command of written and spoken English
- Able to work in a dynamic working environment and works well under pressure
- Immediate available is highly preferred

Sales Admin & Shipping Clerk (1-Year Contract)
 
Responsibilities:

- Issue PO & CO, full set of shipping documents for Online product for ASIAN countries (include Hong Kong , Macau, Taiwan, Singapore & China)
- Liaise with various counterparts for production progress to ensure on-time delivery
- Collaborate with different internal dept. for whole operation process (license application / Lab Test support / Cost Checking / Label specification etc.)
- Communicate and Coordinate with sales team for on-going marketing strategy planning
- Maintain inventory control in optimize level
- Administrative and clerical support in updating Master file & price list, preparation for internal audit documents and file linkage
Requirements:

- Form 5, DSE or above
- Minimum 3 years relevant working experience in production process
- Preferably in Toy industry & Online business
- Good command of spoken English & Mandarin
- Proficiency PC skills, esp in MS Excel (Vlookup, Pivot table) and Chinese Word processing
- Knowledge in SAP is an advantage
- Good communication skill, interpersonal skill and ability to work in a rapid changing environment and under pressure
- Be independent, careful, well-organized and detail-oriented, with ability to handle multi-task and meet tight deadlines

Internal Auditor
 
Responsibilities:

This position will be employed under Bandai Namco Holdings Asia Co., Ltd.

- Conduct regular internal audit assignments for Group subsidiaries on financial, operational and compliance aspects
- Report to Internal Audit Manager
- Assist in pre- onsite audit document review, execution of audit procedures during on-site audit, identify and report internal control weakness and inefficiencies
- Work closely with the audit team to provide value-added recommendations
- Follow up on the implementation of audit recommendations in audit reports
- Preparation of audit working papers in English
- Take up special assignments as assigned
- Conduct J-SOX review including documentation of internal control assessment reports
Requirements:

- Degree holder in accounting or related discipline, member / student member of recognized accounting bodies
- 3-6 years working experience in Accounting, internal auditing or external auditing gained from listed companies or accounting firms
- Proficiency in English and able to read and write Japanese (JLPT: N2 or above is a must)
- Self-motivated with analytical mind; and strong risk control sense
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- A good team player with the ability to work independently and cross-functionally with staff from all levels
- Overseas travel is required, about20 - 30%, 4-5 times per years to China and Asia Pacific countries
